It's basic, but sometimes I forget how easy potatoes can be.
Mom's version of Gramma 'Rene's stuffing. Plus a sausage version which Mom had us fooled every year thinking it was a totally different stuffing.
Mary Jane gave Ellen this recipe as an alternative to the squash Ellen made every Thanksgiving. Sweet potatoes have never tasted so good!
