Paprika Potato Wedges
These crispy and flavorful potatoes are a quick and delicious side dish.
Ingredients
- 24 oz Yukon Gold potatoes
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Cut potatoes into 1/2" thick wedges.
- Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with remaining ingredients to coat.
- Roast on top rack until golden brown and crispy, 20-25 minutes.
