Barramundi with Zesty Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz cilantro
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp cumin, divided
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Chili flakes, to taste
- 20 oz barramundi
Directions
- Finely chop cilantro. Zest and quarter lemon. Peel and mince or grate garlic.
- In a small bowl, combine cilantro, 1 tsp cumin, lemon zest to taste, olive oil, a big squeeze of lemon juice, and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
- Pat barramundi dry with paper towels. Season all over with remaining 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a large, preferably nonstick, pan over meddium-high heat. Add barramundi and cook until opaque and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side.
- Serve barramundi topped with cilantro sauce and remaining lemon wedges on the side.
