Garlic Couscous
Another HelloFresh recipe. A tasty side dish to change things up.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 5 oz Israeli couscous
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. vegetable Better Than Bouillon
Directions
- Peel and mince or grate garlic. Heat butter in a small pot over medium-high heat.
- Add couscous and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until garlic is fragrant and couscous is lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in water and Better Than Bouillon. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until al dente, 6-8 minutes.
