Garlic Couscous

Another HelloFresh recipe. A tasty side dish to change things up.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 5 oz Israeli couscous
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. vegetable Better Than Bouillon

Directions

  1. Peel and mince or grate garlic. Heat butter in a small pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add couscous and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until garlic is fragrant and couscous is lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in water and Better Than Bouillon. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until al dente, 6-8 minutes.
