Ginger Snaps & Whipped Cream
An easy and fun dessert to do with the kids.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe Whipped Cream
- 1 box ready-made ginger snaps or 1 recipe Ginger Snaps
Directions
- Frost each ginger snap with whipped cream and stack on on top of the other. Continue stacking columns 5-6 high (or your tower will tumble), using all the whipped cream.
- Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until ginger snaps are soft.
