Ginger Snaps & Whipped Cream

An easy and fun dessert to do with the kids.

  1. Frost each ginger snap with whipped cream and stack on on top of the other. Continue stacking columns 5-6 high (or your tower will tumble), using all the whipped cream.
  2. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until ginger snaps are soft.
