Roasted Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon
  • 2 lbs. brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecan pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake bacon on parchment for 15 minutes. Remove bacon and place on paper towels. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup and vinegar.
  4. Reduce oven heat to 400°. Using same baking sheet and parchment, place brussel sprouts on baking sheet. Drizzle syrup mixture over top and toss lightly to coat evenly.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally for more even browning.
  6. Coarsely chop bacon. Toss bacon and pecans with sprouts and serve immediately.
