Crumbly Cauliflower

Ditto for the Chatelle boys and cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower head
  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Cut, clean, and steam cauliflower. Drain.
  2. Saute onion in butter. Add bread crumbs and saute until browned.
  3. Add cauliflower, coat with butter and brown.
