Crumbly Cauliflower
Ditto for the Chatelle boys and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower head
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion
- Butter
Directions
- Cut, clean, and steam cauliflower. Drain.
- Saute onion in butter. Add bread crumbs and saute until browned.
- Add cauliflower, coat with butter and brown.
