Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag Brussels sprouts (cut in 1/2, trim bottom)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic
  • 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roast at 400° for 40 minutes, or until browned, stirring occasionally.
