Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 lb bag Brussels sprouts (cut in 1/2, trim bottom)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced almonds
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and roast at 400° for 40 minutes, or until browned, stirring occasionally.
