Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 packages chopped broccoli (1 large bunch fresh)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz) jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Saute onions in butter. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
