Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 packages chopped broccoli (1 large bunch fresh)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 cups uncooked minute rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Saute onions in butter. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.

Makes 8-10 servings
