Turkey Soup
A typical sort of non-recipe from Mom
Ingredients
- Turkey (cooked, separate meat from bone and save the bones)
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tsp. of or cubes chicken bouillon
- Celery leaves
- Carrots
- Celery stalks
- Onion
- Peas
- Parsley
- Celery Salt
- Noodles
Directions
- Break turkey bones in half and place into a large pot.
- Add water, bouillon, and celery leaves. Simmer for 2 hours.
- Pour through a colander into a large kettle. Add carrots, celery stalks, onion, peas, parsley, celery salt, and any other veggies. Add turkey and noodles.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
