Turkey Soup

A typical sort of non-recipe from Mom

Ingredients

  • Turkey (cooked, separate meat from bone and save the bones)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tsp. of or cubes chicken bouillon
  • Celery leaves
  • Carrots
  • Celery stalks
  • Onion
  • Peas
  • Parsley
  • Celery Salt
  • Noodles

Directions

  1. Break turkey bones in half and place into a large pot.
  2. Add water, bouillon, and celery leaves. Simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Pour through a colander into a large kettle. Add carrots, celery stalks, onion, peas, parsley, celery salt, and any other veggies. Add turkey and noodles.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes.
