Cheese Dreams
Comfort lunchtime food. Mom used to make them for the kids when they came in on a rainy day to go along with tomato soup.
Ingredients
- Bread (as desired)
- Cheese (1 to 1-1/2 slices per piece of bread)
- Partially cooked bacon (1 slice per piece of bread)
Directions
- Toast bread until just browned.
- Place cheese on bread.
- Cut bacon in half and place on top of cheese.
- Broil until cheese begins to bubble.
