Crab Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 tsp. pimentos
  • 2 9-inch deep dish pie shells

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (being careful not to break up the crab lumps).
  4. Bake the pie shells for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool pie shells. Spoon crab mixture into shells and bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 12 servings
