Tuna Salad
From the Wegman's elbow macaroni box. I usually double it. The kids and Wendy like the peas, but not the onion!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. (2 cups) elbow macaroni
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion (optional)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
Directions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a large bowl, toss elbows with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
