Haked Chicken

From the famous Chinese restaurant Ming Teh's.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • Vinegar, to taste
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup molasses or corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Cooked boneless chicken

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients except chicken in a blender or food processor. (Mixture should not be thin, but almost as thick as mayo or thicker.)
  2. Serve over warm or cold chicken.
