Haked Chicken
From the famous Chinese restaurant Ming Teh's.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ginger, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- Vinegar, to taste
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup molasses or corn syrup
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Cooked boneless chicken
Directions
- Puree all ingredients except chicken in a blender or food processor. (Mixture should not be thin, but almost as thick as mayo or thicker.)
- Serve over warm or cold chicken.
