Gee's Baked Chicken
Gee served this for all of the Fourth of July picnics. Of course, she increased the recipe to accommodate all of the big appetites.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 package Lipton onion soup mix
- Parsley
Directions
- Mix together soup, sour cream, and Lipton onion soup.
- Put boneless chicken breasts in pan. Pour mixture over all. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake, uncovered,at 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
