Gee's Baked Chicken

Gee served this for all of the Fourth of July picnics. Of course, she increased the recipe to accommodate all of the big appetites.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • Parsley

Directions

  1. Mix together soup, sour cream, and Lipton onion soup.
  2. Put boneless chicken breasts in pan. Pour mixture over all. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Bake, uncovered,at 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
