Crunchy Italian Chicken
Roasted chicken with a cheesy, crunchy topping.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 cup Italian cheese blend
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 20 oz chicken cutlets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. In a medium bowl, combine panko, Italian cheese blend, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. Evenly spread sour cream onto tops and mound with panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 15-18 minutes.
