Crunchy Italian Chicken

Roasted chicken with a cheesy, crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 20 oz chicken cutlets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a medium bowl, combine panko, Italian cheese blend, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. Evenly spread sour cream onto tops and mound with panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 15-18 minutes.
