Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Almost as good as your favorite wing joint

Ingredients

  • 10 Whole chicken wings (10 drums & 10 flats)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Using a sharp knife, separate chicken wings into drums and flats and discard wing tips.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add baking powder. Massage seasonings and baking powder into wings, making sure they are well coated.
  3. Place wings in single layer in air fryer basket. Set temp to 350°, and cook for 13 minutes.
  4. Flip wings, increase temp to 400°, and cook for another 13 minutes.
  5. While wings are cooking, make Buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, butter and seasonings.
  6. Cover wings with Buffalo sauce and serve hot.
