Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Almost as good as your favorite wing joint
Ingredients
- 10 Whole chicken wings (10 drums & 10 flats)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Using a sharp knife, separate chicken wings into drums and flats and discard wing tips.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add baking powder. Massage seasonings and baking powder into wings, making sure they are well coated.
- Place wings in single layer in air fryer basket. Set temp to 350°, and cook for 13 minutes.
- Flip wings, increase temp to 400°, and cook for another 13 minutes.
- While wings are cooking, make Buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, butter and seasonings.
- Cover wings with Buffalo sauce and serve hot.
