Balsamic BBQ Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- In a sauce pan, combine balsamic vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black peper, and garlic powder. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until reduced by about 1/3.
- Season chicken all over with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat grill to medium and place chicken onto grill. Brush chicken with some of the bbq sauce.
- Cook chicken about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°, brushing with bbq sauce every few minutes.
- Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes and serve with remaining warm balsamic bbq sauce.
