Pecan Pie
Dory Post - Like real Georgia peeecan pie.
Ingredients
- 9" unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Arrange pecan halves on bottom of pie crust.
- Beat eggs, butter, and corn syrup. Add flour to sugar first, then combine with wet ingredients. Add vanilla and beat well.
- Pour into shell and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
