Pecan Pie

Dory Post - Like real Georgia peeecan pie.

Ingredients

  • 9" unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Arrange pecan halves on bottom of pie crust.
  2. Beat eggs, butter, and corn syrup. Add flour to sugar first, then combine with wet ingredients. Add vanilla and beat well.
  3. Pour into shell and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
