Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Thanksgiving pumpkin pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1-1/2 cups evaporated milk (12 fl. oz. can)
  • 1 (9") unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well and pour into unbaked crust.
  2. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.

*Double for large can pumpkin (32 oz.) and use 2 pie crusts
