Steak & Ale Chicken Marinade

From Sterling Post's days at Steak & Ale. We've reduced it down to an 1/8 of the original recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish or large baggie.
  2. Add boneless chicken breasts and marinate overnight (or as long as you can).
  3. Serve on a bun to recreate Steak & Ale famous chicken sandwiches.
