Steak & Ale Chicken Marinade
From Sterling Post's days at Steak & Ale. We've reduced it down to an 1/8 of the original recipe.
Ingredients
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish or large baggie.
- Add boneless chicken breasts and marinate overnight (or as long as you can).
- Serve on a bun to recreate Steak & Ale famous chicken sandwiches.
