Horseradish Sauce
Christmas dinner horseradish sauce.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whip the cream in a bowl until it forms soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in whipped cream. Add the sugar, salt and pepper.
- Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
