Horseradish Sauce

Christmas dinner horseradish sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Whip the cream in a bowl until it forms soft peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, fold in whipped cream. Add the sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
