Lemon List

If you're not a big fan of lemon, you can substitute chocolate pudding.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional, but we always use them)
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 9-12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding

Directions

  1. Combine margarine, flour, and nuts in 9x13 pan. Pat in bottom with floured hands or waxed paper.
  2. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool well.
  3. Whip confectioner's sugar, cream cheese,and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
  4. Mix 3 cups milk and pudding. Pour over cream cheese.
  5. Top with remainder of Cool Whip.
