Lemon List
If you're not a big fan of lemon, you can substitute chocolate pudding.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional, but we always use them)
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 9-12 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 boxes instant lemon pudding
Directions
- Combine margarine, flour, and nuts in 9x13 pan. Pat in bottom with floured hands or waxed paper.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool well.
- Whip confectioner's sugar, cream cheese,and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
- Mix 3 cups milk and pudding. Pour over cream cheese.
- Top with remainder of Cool Whip.
