Cheesecake Cups

A lighter sweet treat for you when you want dessert without all of the calories.

Ingredients

  • 16oz nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 5 Tbsp fat free cool whip
  • 1 pack sugar free instant pudding
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 2 crushed low fat graham crackers

Directions

  1. Mix together yogurt, cool whip, pudding, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  2. Crush graham crackers and fill the bottom of 6 small cups.
  3. Add cheesecake mixture on top.
