Nonna's Almond Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans of almond paste
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of sliced almonds (2 bags)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2-4 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg in a bowl with mixer. Then add sugar and cinnamon and beat together.
- Add in flour a tablespoon at a time until it isn't sticky. Let dough rest for 1/2 an hour.
- After resting, put some flour in the palm of your hand so the dough doesn't stick and place a small amount of dough in your hand and roll into a ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. The bottom of the cookies should be slightly golden and should still be soft when you take them out of the oven. Do not over bake because they will be hard.
