Easter Peanut Eggs

Wendy's peanut butter balls. Decorate them for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 lb. confectioner's sugar
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. package chocolate chip
  • 1/4 bar paraffin wax (or candy melts)
  • Royal icing

Directions

  1. Mix butter, confectioner's sugar, Rice Krispies, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  2. Form into balls or egg shapes. Place on waxed paper.
  3. Over low heat, melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax.
  4. Dunk eggs in chocolate. Place on waxed paper.
  5. Decorate with royal icing.
