Overnight Oats

Great to make ahead of time and take to work for breakfast all week.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Peanut Butter & Jelly

  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp jelly

Banana Chocolate Chip

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Carrot Cake

  • 1 large carrot, shredded in a food processor
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Apple Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup apples, crushed in a food processor
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. (I usually divide into two portions.)
  2. Refrigerate overnight or until use.
