Overnight Oats
Great to make ahead of time and take to work for breakfast all week.
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp honey
Peanut Butter & Jelly
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp jelly
Banana Chocolate Chip
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Carrot Cake
- 1 large carrot, shredded in a food processor
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Apple Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apples, crushed in a food processor
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. (I usually divide into two portions.)
- Refrigerate overnight or until use.
