Monkey Bread
We've had it, but we've never made it. It's finger lickin' good.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 (10 oz.) Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or oleo, melted
Directions
- Sprinkle pecans in bottom of 10" Bundt pan.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each piece into sugar mixture and layer into pan.
- Combine brown sugar and butter. Pour over dough.
- Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Invert onto serving platter.
