Monkey Bread

We've had it, but we've never made it. It's finger lickin' good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 (10 oz.) Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or oleo, melted

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of 10" Bundt pan.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each piece into sugar mixture and layer into pan.
  4. Combine brown sugar and butter. Pour over dough.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Invert onto serving platter.
