Crescent Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour, plus more for resting
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp dry yeast
- 1 heaping Tbsp Crisco
Directions
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, and egg in food processor.
- Microwave water and milk to warm, but not hot and add yeast. Add Crisco.
- Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients by pulsing the food processor until dough forms.
- Place dough in a floured bowl and let sit 1 hour.
- Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet. Let them rise again.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 400°.
