Pudding Shots

Vicki made these for Christmas one year. Just don't drink too many eggnog ones or you won't make it to the gift exchange.

Ingredients

Pistachio Cream

  • 1 small package Pistachio instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Bailey’s
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Mudslide

  • 1 small package chocolate instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Bailey’s
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Slippery Nipple

  • 1 small package butterscotch instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s
  • 1/4 cup Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Eggnog

  • 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1 cup eggnog (non-alcoholic, or adjust alcohol to match)
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • Whipped cream (to garnish)
  • Nutmeg (to garnish)

Piña Colada

  • 1 (3.4oz) package coconut cream instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple rum
  • 1/4 cup Malibu
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Whisk together the milk, liquor, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until combined.
  2. Add cool whip a little at a time with whisk. (Or I used a hand mixer.)
  3. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses, disposable shot cups or 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
