Bailey's Original Irish Cream

I usually reduce the whiskey to 1 cup and increase the cream to 1-2/3 cup so Gramma doesn't fall off her chair.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light cream (not heavy cream)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-2/3 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbs. chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Keep refrigerated.
