Stromboli

Another one of Paula's family's contributions. Don't be disappointed that the side of the dough will blow out during baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Rich's bread dough (frozen)
  • 8 oz. salami (12 slices)
  • 8 oz. Provolone cheese (12 slices)
  • 1 bottle pepper salad (or create your own pepper mixture)

Directions

  1. Thaw bread dough and roll out to approximately 16x12 in.
  2. Arrange salami and cheese evenly on dough. Spread drained pepper salad over both.
  3. Fold dough in thirds, sealing 16 in. edge and tucking in ends.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
