Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 oz. diced green chilies
  • 4 oz. can diced jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. With a mixer, mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
  3. Stir in chilies, jalapeños, Mexican and mozzarella cheese. Spoon into dish.
  4. Mix Panko and Parmesan and pour over top.
  5. Spray top with Pam and bake 25-30 minutes.
