Creamy Coconut Dip

Introduced by Bob - this one is hard to stop eating!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (16 oz.) tub cool whip, thawed
  • Honey Maid Crackers (suggested)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add whipped topping; gently stir until well blended.
  3. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  4. Serve with Honey Maid Crackers.

It is very difficult to find Honey Maid Crackers now, but I have used Nilla Wafers and Ginger Snaps and both have been crowd pleasers.
