Creamy Coconut Dip
Introduced by Bob - this one is hard to stop eating!
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
- 1 (16 oz.) tub cool whip, thawed
- Honey Maid Crackers (suggested)
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add whipped topping; gently stir until well blended.
- Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve with Honey Maid Crackers.
It is very difficult to find Honey Maid Crackers now, but I have used Nilla Wafers and Ginger Snaps and both have been crowd pleasers.
