Cilantro Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic

Directions

  1. Place mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with rolled deli meats or vegetables like carrot sticks.

Yield: 3/4 cup
