Cannoli Dip
Delicious with broken up waffle cones or you can eat it with a spoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 1 (8 oz) container mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate (or mini chocolate chips)
Directions
- Mix whipping cream into soft peaks.
- In separate bowl, mix mascarpone and coffee granules until granules dissolve.
- Add sugar and vanilla. Fold into whipping cream.
