Artichoke Dip

From Jean - The simplest and tastiest way we have found to eat an artichoke.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Slivered almonds
  • Crackers

Directions

  1. Drain and chop artichokes.
  2. Mix with cheese and mayo. Pour into pie plate or oven-proof dish.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Top with slivered almonds. Serve with crackers.
